What's the story?
Boavista has always been about bringing people together. Long before it became known for anything else, it was already full of life — restaurants filling their tables, bars spilling laughter onto the sidewalk, neighbours stopping to talk instead of just passing by. That's the street's whole identity: a gathering place, not just a place to pass through. Recently, that spirit turned into something tangible: +351, in collaboration with Tricky's, Comoba, Cosmo, Neighbourhood, Rhodo Bagels, Lupita, Hirundo, Boavista Club and Disco Wheel, created a t-shirt to celebrate the neighbourhood and give back to the community — with 10% of the profits going to the local parish council for things they need.
We want to keep doing it! More life, more gatherings, more reasons for people to stop instead of walking past. With this collaboration, each store is also contributing little gifts for the people who visit, so the goal now is to keep that momentum going: keep the parish council supported, keep the community strong, and keep pulling more people down the street to experience it.
For Boavista, style is never trying too hard. It's restaurants and bars with real character, people who dress like themselves, and a neighbourhood that feels lived-in rather than manufactured.
The Boavista Movement started as a street but it's so much more. What keeps it going is simple: the people who show up, the places that give it life, and now a t-shirt collaboration that puts that spirit into something people can wear — and that gives back to the community at the same time.

Every restaurant and store plays its own soundtrack, so walking down the street means drifting through completely different vibes block by block. That eclectic mix is part of the charm, and it only gets louder with the activations and parties that pop up along the way.

Tricky's
A vibrant, trendy restaurant and bar at Rua da Boavista 112, in Lisbon's Cais do Sodré. Known for its dynamic rotating menu, creative seasonal small plates, and natural wine selection.
Comoba
Rooted in Portugal's traditional bica culture, Comoba brings house-made almond, coconut, and rice milks — plus Japanese matcha — to the modern coffee scene of flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos, and cortados.
Cosmo
Short for “cosmopolitan,” more than a restaurant: a vibrant, inclusive hub in the heart of Cais do Sodré, lit by candle glow, where chefs grill fresh vegetables over an open fire. Mediterranean cuisine with a contemporary, sustainable, health-conscious twist.
Neighbourhood Café
Lisbon's first specialty coffee café of its kind, built after 50 days of hard work and countless tastings, serving specialty coffee alongside organic Portuguese wines.
Rhodo Bagels
Born in Lindy Reid's kitchen, Rhodo Bagels brings a piece of the culture she grew up with to her adopted home of Lisbon — quickly outgrowing her kitchen to find its own space on the street.
