Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express, which usually takes 3-5 business days.
Note that international shipments do not include import duties or customs fees for International orders (outside the EU), and these must be paid by the customer.
Since August 29th 2025, for US orders, a custom tax will be applied and communicated to you once the package arrives at the border.

We ship all of our products from our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal.

We do our best to process your order in the same day (if it is a week day), but please allow up to 3 business days for shipping confirmation.

We accept returns and exchanges only if the items are:
unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn, returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. Products should be free of stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear. We carefully inspect each return, and if an item doesn’t meet these requirements, we may be unable to accept it.

You can return the items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of their original shipment.

For orders inside Portugal: if you originally paid for the shipping, the cost of the return/exchange is also on your side.
