+351 Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery of the order, provided that the item meets the return conditions set out below.
This voluntary 30-day return policy is offered in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn, unwashed, and unused;
- in the same condition as received;
- with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached;
- free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
+351 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Returns, Exchanges, and Return Labels
Customers in Portugal and Germany are entitled to one complimentary return shipping label per order.
This complimentary label may be used for either:
- one return request; or
- one exchange request.
If a customer requests an additional return or exchange after the first complimentary return label has already been used, the cost of any further return shipment will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by +351.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, the customer may choose:
- a refund, where eligible; or
- store credit.
Please note that completing an exchange does not extend the original return period.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include:
- your order number;
- the item(s) you wish to return or exchange;
- the reason for the request;
- where applicable, the preferred replacement size or item.
After your request is reviewed, our team will provide the next steps and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval of the return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the amount appears in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return is due to an error by +351.
7. Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible under our voluntary 30-day return policy, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@plus351.pt as soon as possible, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Where the issue is confirmed, +351 will cover the return shipping cost and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

10. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Exchanges Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
