1. Can you tell us your story so far?

I'm no one, just a French guy spending some time on Earth.
Lucky enough to have been living in Lisbon for the past eight years, I'm enjoying as much as possible what Portugal has to offer—surf, sun, and Amêijoas.

2. Next steps for you?

Looking for a warehouse to store all my motorcycles and cars in one place so I can work on them and build new ones.

3. Best spot in Portugal?

The entire f***ing coast.

4. What does style mean to you?

Probably creating your own character in your own life story.

5. What motivated you to get started with your business?

Opening a restaurant gives you the chance to transport your customers into your own world. Seeing them enjoy every detail, every decision you've made—that gives me the motivation.
And at the same time, I love having no one above me telling me what to do.

6. What's the Band / Music Style / Music Artist that inspires you?

We have around 3,000 vinyls at Boavista, and we invite a DJ every day, which constantly introduces me to new tracks and artists. I'm inspired daily by new music.

Mostly organic sounds—soul, jazz, blues, funk, disco, hip-hop, folk, rock... My latest discovery from last night? Meet Me in the City by Junior Kimbrough.
