Yes, we provide return labels in the case of a defective product or in the case of a wrong item being sent. Responsibility for return/ exchange for any other reason lies with the customer.

We do our best to process your order in the same day (if it is a week day), but please allow up to 3 business days for shipping confirmation.

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express, which usually takes 3-5 business days. Note that international shipments do not include import duties or customs fees for International orders (outside the EU), and these must be paid by the customer.
