Membership is limited to individuals and one account per person. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, companies, or any entity other than an individual, unless prior written approval is obtained from the Company.

To join the Club Program, Members must access the website https://plus351.pt, where it is necessary to have or create a customer account. Customers without an account can create one at: https://plus351.pt/pages/351-club or with a Company staff member at physical stores, where they will need to provide their details.

Members must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. The Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrollment procedures. Users must immediately inform the Company of any changes to their account information, such as name and/or email address, by sending an email to info@plus351.pt.

By participating in the Club Program, Members accept these Terms and Conditions. When a customer has or creates an account, they will automatically be enrolled in the +351 Club, unless they indicate they do not wish to participate by sending an email to info@plus351.pt with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE +351 CLUB.”

The +351 Club is personal and non-transferable, and its transfer, loan, or sale is not permitted. Its use for any purposes other than those defined by the Company in these Terms and Conditions is also prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership in the +351 Club or deny the use of accumulated points in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions, abusive use, and/or fraudulent activities related to the Club Program.

EARNING POINTS

1. Earning Points from Purchases

The +351 Club allows members to accumulate points through purchases made on the website https://plus351.pt, provided these purchases are made through a customer account.

The Club Program applies to all products based on the total amount paid by the Member, including product price, VAT, and shipping costs.

Purchases of gift cards are not eligible for loyalty program benefits. However, purchases made using a gift card are considered for point accumulation within the Club Program.

Points for purchases are generated immediately but will become available for use after 7 days.

The Company may communicate program-related information, such as promotions, offers, private sales, and other commercial updates of interest, via email, social media and stores.

Additionally, these same channels may be used to notify Members about their loyalty tier, points balance updates, or relevant changes to the Club Program.

For any claims regarding points balances related to online purchases, Members should contact Customer Service via email at info@plus351.pt providing the email address associated with their customer account and the order number of the purchase made on the website.

Points accumulated in the Club Program are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition. After this period, the points will expire. After 12 months, the points will be worth half of before for the following 6 months.

REDEEMING REWARDS

Members can redeem their points to obtain rewards such as discounts on purchases and experiences.

Redeemed points for rewards cannot be refunded once used.

Discounts in the form of coupons may be redeemed once per purchase and have a usage limit of 6 months.

After using points, the Member’s points balance will be reduced by the redeemed amount.

If a Member requests a refund for an item purchased using points for a discount, the points used to obtain the discount will not be re-added to the account balance.

If a Member requests a refund for an item acquired with points, the points will only be re-added to the account balance if the refund is complete.

If a customer returns a purchase or receives a refund, the points earned from that purchase will automatically be deducted.

If a customer returns part of an order (and did not use a voucher for the order), the points will be removed proportionally.

Purchases in which customers benefit from a discount obtained by redeeming points will also accumulate points under the same conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

For physical rewards such as a cap or accessory, only one reward can be redeemed per purchase and per user.

The Company reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of improper use of these rewards.

The Company also reserves the right to limit all existing rewards in the Club Program at its discretion.
