The Essence of Lisbon
Born in Lisbon, we are a 100% Portuguese brand inspired by the Atlantic. Raised amidst the vibrant blend of Lisbon's city life and the nearby presence of the sea, +351 emerged from a life of catching waves at home and exploring diverse cultures worldwide. The name comes from Portugal's dialing code—a nod to our essence—and our unisex products are made in Portugal with 100% organic cotton, featuring a cool and relaxed fit.
Our Founder
+351 was founded by designer Ana Penha e Costa in 2014. Currently, the brand's creative director, her design process is inspired by her vibrant lifestyle, deeply connected to the city of Lisbon and its proximity to the ocean, where she surfs as much as possible. Influenced by her surroundings and her passion for surfing, music, and the arts, she creates pieces that embody a relaxed, everyday style, maintaining an unwavering commitment to high-quality, locally produced pieces and exploring the possibilities she sees in fabrics.
100% Organic Cotton
Our fabrics are carefully chosen. Our products are made in Portugal with 100% organic cotton. Each model and design is perfectly balanced with the perfect thickness to get the best comfort and style.
Designed in Lisbon and manufactured in the north of Portugal, we pride ourselves on producing small, sustainable batches using pigment dyes and locally produced organic cotton. Keeping our production local delivers the best craftsmanship, materials, and true essence of +351.
Our Unisex, laid-back fit and styles
Our pieces have a laid-back, comfortable unisex fit that is versatile and timeless. Each season, we add a new color that we only produce up to 100 pieces of in our various jersey branches, which we enhance by exploring pigment dye techniques, textures, and washes for a relaxed, vintage look.
